Rider University invites applications for the position of Associate Vice President of Advancement within the Division of University Advancement. Reporting to the Vice President of University Advancement, the Associate Vice President (AVP) is a member of the senior Advancement team and a thought leader and partner across the organization. In doing so, the AVP collaborates regularly with University and Academic leadership. The AVP is responsible for developing overall strategies to ensure that the team maximizes philanthropic support for Rider University's priorities aligned with the Transforming Live, Transforming Students comprehensive campaign. Emphasis will be placed on fundraising, team building, training and professional development, and oversight and management to ensure progress against fundraising goals. Position Requirements:
