Assistant Dean I Supervisor
Position Summary: Rutgers School of Engineering is seeking an Assistant Dean and Director for Undergraduate Advising. The Assistant Dean reports to the Associate Deans at Undergraduate Education to support the school's mission, supervises and trains the professional and student staff at the SoE Office of Academic Services, and oversees all aspects of the academic advising operations and programs designed to meet the advising needs of our diverse student population. The Assistant Dean works as an integral part of Undergraduate Education collaborating with other offices on student engagement, recruitment, retention, and other special undergraduate programs or events as assigned by the associate deans.
