Program Coordinator I
Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Administrator, The Food Pantry Coordinator oversees the Rutgers University Scarlet Raptor Food Pantry. The coordinator will be responsible for the overall operations and function of the food pantry services. This includes ensuring food safety standards, purchasing, and picking up food from local food pantry agencies, storing food donations as well as training, supervision, and tracking of site volunteers and student workers. Responsible for food distribution and replenishing the shelves in the food pantry, monitors expiration dates, tracks inventory, and utilization statistics.
