Painter
Perform painting on both the interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, steel support structures, benches, shelving, parking lots and roadways, and other surfaces as required. Remove old paint and varnish, prepare the surfaces for new paint or varnish, repair and prepare sheet rock walls for paint; refinish wood and metal doors. The supervisor is the Lead Painter. Duties and Responsibilities: Applies paint and varnish to all surfaces. Selects the type of paint for the application. Selects the color with the help of the customer, and properly prepares the surfaces to receive the new paint or varnish. Applies product with brush, roller, or spray paint.
