Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Mental Health Specialist III (Full-Time) in Child & Adolescent Services – Outpatient Services for Rutgers University Behavioral Health CareThe primary purpose of the Mental Health Specialist III position is to participate as a member of the Outpatient team in providing comprehensive mental health care to children and their families. Demonstrates competence in recognizing the unique needs and behaviors of children with emotional and/or developmental needs. Provides appropriate leadership and renders service in accordance with UBHC policies and procedures. Actively participates in crisis interventions.
