Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking an Application Developer to become a member of the Institutional Planning and Operations (IP&O) Application Development team. The team builds all the custom applications and systems integrations used by the division. The position will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for developing custom systems for ensuring compliance with federal/state/university regulations across all of Rutgers University. These systems may extend and connect to various other systems and databases.The Application Developer will work on all aspects of these systems, including front-end UI/UX, databases, web services/microservices, documentation, and code migrations/upgrades.
