Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Human Capital Management Specialist I for University Human Resources. This position reports to the Manager of Human Capital Management.Among the key duties of this position are the following:Serves as a resource and assists in the administration of salary/compensation programs and actions for approximately 29,000 faculty and staff.Initiates, calculates, reviews, completes data input, and implements individual salary and data actions for faculty and staff from hire through termination.Reviews documentation for compliance with federal and state regulations, university policy, and bargaining units' contracts.Troubleshoots clients' salary, payrol
