Proposal Development Manager
Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Proposal Development Manager for the Office for Research. This position will report to the Director of Research Development and Strategy and will be an integral part of the Strategic Research Development team. As part of the Office for Research, this position will assume leadership responsibilities for managing proposal development processes, resources, and other support mechanisms within the Strategic Research Development team.Among the key duties of this position are the following:Develops guidelines for scoping, intake, and project management of large-scale proposal development functions.Provides project management and proposal review to faculty
