The Department of Management in the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University is seeking applicants for a one year term position at the rank of Contract Faculty to start in August 2022. The candidate will also serve the Department in the role of Student Advisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The teaching load is three courses per semester, including Principles of Management and Organizational Behavior. Courses are face-to-face but candidates should be able to pivot to online synchronous if needed. The candidate will advise our Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Undecided, and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration students, a population that currently includes 362 students. The hire would also serve as the chapter advisor for the School's Beta Gamma Sigma chapter, overseeing the induction of new members.

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree or MBA from an AACSB-accredited institution. Three or more years of university teaching experience, either full-time or part-time, with a demonstrated commitment to excellence. Experience working with students in a career management capacity (e.g., advising, career planning, recruiting).

Desired Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to serve a diverse student body using online technology.
