Postdoctoral Research Associate
Princeton UniversityOur lab studies how early life stress changes brain development and ultimately increases risk for depression and other psychiatric diseases. We are specifically interested in how stress in developmental sensitive periods alters transcription and transcriptional regulation across the genome and across development, to increase sensitivity to future stress. We are using a mouse model of stress across the lifespan and a variety of sequencing and bioinformatic approaches. This is a full-time position for a postdoc or more senior researcher with advanced bioinformatic training. The position will focus primarily on bioinformatic analysis of existing (bulk RNA-seq, sorted ATAC-seq) and forthcoming (snRNA-seq, snATAC-seq, sorted ChIP-seq/similar)
